This is a private, self-contained suite. There is a residence upstairs and an additional rental unit next door, so occasional noise from neighboring spaces may be heard.

You’ll have the entire basement suite to yourself with a private entrance. Free street parking is available right out front, and public transit is nearby if you're heading downtown or exploring local trails.

This is a fully private suite with self check-in for your convenience. You’ll receive a personalized access code before arrival, and there’s no need for in-person interaction. We’re available by message if you need anything during your stay, but otherwise, you’ll have complete privacy.

We provide all the kitchen basics, towels and sheets, and complimentary coffee pods to get you started. Whether you're here to hike, ski, or simply relax, this space offers a peaceful and convenient home base in North Van.
