Escape to your own private 6-acre island on British Columbia's Sunshine Coast, where you'll have the entire island to yourselves. Surrounded by pristine ocean, forests, and incredible wildlife, this is a one-of-a-kind retreat for families, friends, and special celebrations.

Keep an eye out for bald eagles soaring overhead, seals lounging near the dock, deer swimming between islands, and, if you're lucky, orcas and humpback whales passing by. While wildlife sightings can't be guaranteed, they're a common part of the island experience.

The Home

Designed for comfort and unforgettable ocean views, the home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

• Primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and panoramic ocean views from both the bathtub and shower.

• Upstairs lounge with a double sofa bed and an additional single bed.

• Main-floor junior primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and ocean views.

• Two additional queen bedrooms, one featuring a loft with two single beds, perfect for children or extra guests.

• An additional single bed can also be arranged if needed.

The home includes central heating and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, spacious living areas, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Important Information

The island is accessed via a 15-minute water taxi from Pender Harbour Municipal Dock. If you're driving, we'll happily help arrange your water taxi after booking.

As this is a private island, we recommend purchasing groceries before departure. Convenient grocery stores are located near the dock, along with shops offering ready-made frozen meals.

Please note that this is a true nature escape. While the home is well maintained, you may occasionally encounter insects such as mosquitoes, flies, or ants. Most windows and doors are fitted with screens to help keep them outside.

You will be given a door code to use for the duration of your stay on the smart lock at the front door.

The closest neighbourhood to the island in Pender Harbour. It is a 15 minute boat ride away and is the town where you will be parking your car before getting onto the water taxi. There is a grocery store, a few restaurants, a liquor store and the government dock all within a 2 minute walk when you are in town.

A water taxi is available to take you on and off the island (e.g., to the nearby spa). Please note, the guest is responsible for booking any water taxi trips and paying the applicable charges.

Please note, the walk from the dock to the house is about 250 meters and there are stairs that you must walk up. We have wagons and dolly available to help wheel stuff to the house.
