Marquise 310/311

Welcome to The Marquise. You’re in Whistler’s Upper Village with ski-in/ski-out access, a building pool, hot tub, sauna and gym, and the village a short walk or shuttle away. Everything you’ll need is below.

Inside the Property

Kitchen

Fully stocked and ready to cook in, have a look through the cupboards to get your bearings. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea and popcorn are provided.

Steam Shower

The main bedroom has an ensuite with a steam shower. Press the ON button on the remote to the right of the shower, then use the arrows to set the time and temperature. For the shower itself, turn the handle right for the overhead rainhead, or left to add the handheld, and use the outermost knob for temperature.

Living Room Bed

The gray ottoman opens into a single bed, pull the tabs to unfold it. The sheets and pillow are in the cupboard under the TV, next to the ottoman.

Television

The TVs are smart TVs. Press the red ON button in the top-left corner of the remote, then sign in to your own streaming accounts. Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime are also available in the apps section.

Fireplaces

There are two gas fireplaces. The living-room fireplace is controlled by the pad labelled “Fireplace” next to the desk, switch the bottom toggle to HEAT and turn the temperature up past the current room temperature to start it.

Heating & A/C

Air conditioning is available throughout, with thermostats on the walls for room temperature.

Laundry

There’s an in-suite washer and dryer for your use.

Amenities & Parking

Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna & Fitness

All four are on floor 1, go left out of the elevator, and open with the common area code. Hours are 10 AM to 10 PM (the pool, hot tub and sauna are seasonal). There are no separate pool or hot tub towels, please use the bath towels from the unit and wash them in the in-suite laundry if needed.

Ski Lockers

Your ski locker is on the parking level (level P), labelled 311. The lock and combination are provided in your welcome message.

Parking

Underground parking is $25/day, paid at the machine in the lobby (max height 6’2"; over-height vehicles up to 6’8" use the spots before the gate). EV charging is in the first few spots on the right past the garage gate. Free street parking is first-come, first-served, with winter limits (9 AM to 5 PM weekdays, Nov 1 to Mar 31; 24/7 the rest of the year).

Garbage & Recycling

Take all garbage to the garbage room on the parking level, by the parkade entrance. A $40 fee applies if garbage is left in the unit.

House Rules

• No smoking in the home or on the balcony.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
• Please follow the building and strata guidelines.

Before You Go

• Load the dishwasher and run it, washing any large items by hand first.
• Take all garbage to the garbage room on the parking level.
• Leave used towels in the bathtub and the linens on the beds.
• Press the lock button on the keypad on your way out.

The Neighbourhood

You’re in Whistler’s Upper Village with ski-in/ski-out access and the village a short walk or shuttle away.

Groceries

The Upper Village Grocery Store is an 8 to 10 minute walk. For a bigger shop, Marketplace IGA, Fresh St. Market and Nesters Market are about 15 minutes away in the village.

Skiing & the Mountain

Cross the street from the lobby and follow the ski-out trail down to the Blackcomb Gondola, just steps from the building. Coming back, look for the tree sign reading “Marquise Ski Out.”

Getting Around

A free shuttle to the village and ski hill stops 1 to 2 minutes away, in front of Wildwood Lodge.
