- 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival.
- 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival.
- No refund if canceled less than 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations can be made for any reason—no questions asked.
A temporary hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card to cover any potential damages or fines. If the property is left in satisfactory condition, the hold will be released within 7 days of departure.
Guests must be 21 years or older to make a booking. The person booking must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.

Each property has a maximum guest limit, as stated in the property listing. Requests for additional guests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@platinumpacific.ca for special requests.
Pet policies vary by property and are clearly outlined in each listing. Service animals are always welcome with prior documentation.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and anywhere on the complex property.
To ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours.
Parking availability varies by property:
- Some units offer free parking (indicated in the listing).
- Others require a nightly parking fee.
