Welcome to Sunpath 19. This quiet, family-friendly home sits in Whistler’s Village North, a three-minute stroll from Marketplace and an easy walk to the slopes. Everything you need for a smooth stay is below.

Inside the Home

Kitchen

Fully equipped for cooking, including an air fryer, toaster and blender. Plastic cups are provided for the pool and patio, so please keep glass indoors. Use a hot pad under serving dishes on the dining table.

Living Room & Sofa Bed

The sofa pulls out to a queen bed: remove the cushions and pull the handle to open. Pillows, duvet and sheets are in the main bedroom closet upstairs.

Television

Use the remote to turn on the TV, then open your preferred streaming service and log in with your own account. Please log out before you leave.

Gas Fireplace

Flip the wall switch on the right side of the fireplace and it lights automatically. Use the thermostat to set the temperature, and the same switch to turn it off. The glass gets hot, so keep belongings clear.

Heating & Air Conditioning

Each bedroom has its own baseboard thermostat. Air conditioning runs in the living room and both bedrooms through the warmer months. Please close windows and doors while it’s on.

Laundry

An in-suite washer and dryer are on the top floor of the unit.

Patio & Pool

Private Hot Tub

Step through the main bedroom to the private patio. Lift the cover and rest it against the railing. No glass and no food or drink in the tub, and please cover it again after use.

Communal Pool & Hot Tub

Directly across from the unit. Use your fob to open the gate and close it behind you. Heated year-round, open 9 AM to 10 PM. No glass, no outside guests; this is a quiet family pool, not a party pool.

BBQ

On the living-room-level patio. Please brush the grill after use and turn off the propane.

Parking, Bikes & Gear

Free underground stall #57 (6’8″ clearance). A second car can use any spot not marked reserved. Visitor stalls out front are 90 minutes only, and cars left overnight risk towing. Store skis, boards and boots in the downstairs entry, and bikes in the bike room (bring your own lock). Shoes off at the door, please.

House Rules

• No smoking or vaping anywhere in the unit ($200 fine).
• No glass on the patio or around either hot tub.
• No parties or events. Registered guests only.
• Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM; strata fines apply for noise.
• No pets, please.
• Keep balcony doors closed and locked when not in use.
• In winter, leave the entry heater at a minimum of 15°C to prevent frozen pipes.

Before You Go

• Load and start the dishwasher.
• Take garbage and recycling to the garbage room in the parkade (fob access).
• Close the hot tub cover.
• Close windows; turn off lights, A/C and fireplace.
• Leave the fob on the ring by the door and lock up.

Around the Corner

Groceries

Fresh St. Market – 4330 Northlands Blvd, ~3 min walk, the biggest and best-stocked nearby. Whistler Grocery Store – 4211 Village Square, ~3 min, for a quick top-up.

Getting to the Slopes

About a 6-minute walk: exit the complex to the right, cross toward the conference centre, head up the stairs, then follow the signs left at the bottom straight to the lifts.

Getting Around

The free Route 4 bus stops directly across the street (3 min to the Village). For driving, day-use parking is available in Whistler Day Lots 1–5.
