Welcome to The Marquise. You’re in Whistler’s Upper Village with ski-in/ski-out access, a building pool, hot tub, sauna and gym, and the village a short walk or shuttle away. Everything you’ll need is below.

Inside the Property

Kitchen

Fully stocked and ready to cook in, have a look through the cupboards to get your bearings. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided.

Murphy Bed

The living room has a Queen Murphy bed. Move the ottoman and any furniture aside, then pull on the handles, the legs swing open and the sheets are already on the bed.

Television

It’s a smart TV, so you can sign in to your own streaming accounts. Press the power button on either remote (TV or cable) to turn it on. To watch cable, set the TV to HDMI 1, then use the Shaw remote, press Shaw and then Guide to browse channels.

Bathroom

The bedroom ensuite has an oversized shower. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are in the shower, and a hair dryer is under the sink.

Fireplace

There’s one gas fireplace in the living room. Use the thermostat to the left of the fireplace, by the window, set the side switch to heat, and turn the temperature above the current room temperature to start it. If it won’t light, the starter batteries may need replacing, spares are in the cupboard above the fridge.

Heating & A/C

A window air-conditioning unit and portable fans are provided for cooling. Room temperature is set on the thermostats above the couch and by the bedroom light switch.

Laundry

There’s a common laundry room on floor 1. The machines take card payment, so no coins are needed.

Amenities & Parking

Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna & Fitness

All four are on floor 1, go left out of the elevator, and open with the common area code. Hours are 10 AM to 10 PM (the pool, hot tub and sauna are seasonal). There are no separate pool or hot tub towels, please use the bath towels from the unit.

Ski & Bike Storage

Your ski locker is on the parkade level, labelled 309, combination 723, opened with the common area code. Bike storage is in Storage Room #2 in the parkade, bring your own lock.

Parking

Underground parking is $25/day, paid at the machine in the lobby (max height 6’2"; over-height vehicles up to 6’8" use the spots before the gate). EV charging is in the first few spots on the right past the garage gate, about $1/hour. Free street parking out front is first-come, first-served.

Garbage & Recycling

Take all garbage to the garbage room on the parking level, at the parkade entrance, opened with the common area code. A $40 fee applies if garbage is left in the unit.

House Rules

• No smoking in the home.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
• Please follow the building and strata guidelines.

Before You Go

• Wash any large dishes by hand, then load the dishwasher and run it.
• Take all garbage to the garbage room on the parking level.
• Leave used towels in the bathroom and the linens on the beds.
• Press the lock button on the keypad on your way out.

The Neighbourhood

Groceries

The Upper Village Grocery Store is an 8 to 10 minute walk. For a bigger shop, Marketplace IGA, Fresh St. Market and Nesters Market are about 15 minutes away in the village.

Skiing & the Mountain

Cross the street from the lobby and follow the ski-out trail down to the Blackcomb Gondola, just steps from the building. Coming back, look for the tree sign reading “Marquise Ski Out.”

Getting Around

A free shuttle to the village and ski hill stops 1 to 2 minutes away, in front of Wildwood Lodge.
