We’re so glad you’re here. This is your two-bedroom home base in Whistler Village North, with a private hot tub off the main bedroom, a full kitchen, and the gondolas a short walk away. Everything you’ll need for a smooth stay is below.

Inside the Property

Kitchen

Fully stocked and ready to cook in, have a look through the cupboards to get your bearings. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, popcorn, spices and oil are provided, and all the cutlery, pots, pans and utensils are in the cupboards and drawers. Please keep glass off the patio and away from the hot tub.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The main bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite with a Jacuzzi tub, to use it, fill to the jets and then flip the switch above the light switch. Bedroom 2 has a queen bunk on the bottom and a double bunk on top, with a second full bathroom in the unit. Towels are set out per guest count, and extra blankets are in the closets.

Living Room & Sofa Bed

The living room sofa folds out into a queen sofa bed, pull the fabric loops to open it. The mattress topper is in the long thin cushion on top, and the mattress pad, pillows, sheets and duvet are in the chaise compartment.

Television

Use the remote to turn on the TV, then open your preferred streaming app and sign in with your own account.

Fireplace & Climate

There are two gas fireplaces. In the living room, turn the thermostat knob on the wall and switch it off when leaving. In the bedroom, open the glass doors, press the red power button on the right, then press the flame, and turn it off when not in use. A/C units are available throughout for warm-weather stays.

Laundry

The washer and dryer are in-suite, and detergent is provided.

Outdoor & Building

Private Hot Tub & Patio

Both patios are yours, the front off the living room and the back off the main bedroom. The private hot tub is off the main bedroom patio, and the propane BBQ is on the front patio. The BBQ brush is by the grill and a lighter is in one of the kitchen drawers. Please give the grill a clean and slide the cover back when you’re done.

Hot Tub Rules

Cover the hot tub when it’s not in use, an uncovered tub takes 24 to 48 hours to reheat. No glass around the tub, and no food or drinks in the water.

Pool, Sauna & Fitness

The complex has a heated outdoor pool, a shared hot tub, an indoor sauna, and a gym. Your garage key gets you in during building hours.

Parking & Getting to Your Unit

The garage key is on the kitchen counter, use it to open the gate and get into the underground parking, then park anywhere that isn’t reserved. A bike locker is in the garage on the same key, bring your own lock.

House Rules

• No smoking or vaping inside, on the patios, or balcony. A $200 fine applies if detected.
• No glass outside, by the hot tub or on the patios.
• No parties or unregistered guests.
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM, sound travels through the walls.
• Take garbage to the garbage room in the underground parking.

Before You Go

• Load the dishwasher and start it.
• Take all garbage to the garbage room in the underground parking.
• Return the garage key to the kitchen counter.
• Switch off the fireplace and slide the cover back on the hot tub.
• Press the lock button on the keypad on your way out.

The Neighbourhood

You’re in Whistler Village North, steps from groceries and a short walk to the gondolas.

Groceries

Fresh St. Market is a one-minute walk across Lorimer Road, with a BC Liquor Store in the same plaza.

Skiing & the Mountain

It’s about a 15-minute walk to the gondolas, cross Lorimer Road and cut through Marketplace Plaza. Bus #4 stops across Lorimer at “Marketplace and Healthcare Centre” and runs to the Gondola Transit Exchange. Lift tickets are best booked ahead at whistlerblackcomb.com.

Getting Around

A free shuttle runs the village corridor, every 5 minutes in peak season and every 10 in the shoulder, year-round.
