Welcome to Fitzsimmons H. You’re in the heart of Whistler Village, steps to the gondolas, the restaurants, and everything the mountain has to offer. We’re delighted to host you.

Inside the Property

Kitchen

Fully stocked with oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oil, spices, pots, pans, and all cooking essentials. Help yourself to anything in the pantry.

Bathrooms

Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The primary bathroom features a spa-like ensuite with a deep soaking bathtub and spacious shower.

Bedrooms

Quality linens, pillows, and extra blankets in all bedrooms. Room-darkening shades throughout. Hair dryer available.

Television

Use the remote to turn on the TV, then select your preferred streaming service and log in with your own account.

Murphy Bed · Living Room

In the living room you’ll see a brown cabinet against the wall. Slide out the bottom drawer and make sure the sides are fully extended and straight. Flip open the top of the cabinet and unlock the latches on both the left and right corners, and the chain lock. Unfold the three pieces onto the drawer to create a flat surface, then unfold the tri-fold mattress. The duvet and pillows are in the closet.

Sofa Bed

Upstairs, outside the two bedrooms, you’ll see a grey chair. Unfold the base (seat piece), you’ll find a zipper containing the legs, unfold these. Push the backrest forward toward the seat until you hear a click, then extend it down as flat as you like. The mattress pad, sheets, and pillow are in the grey dresser in the first bedroom closest to the stairs.

Laundry

In-suite laundry is in the upstairs bathroom. Detergent is above the washer and dryer.

Building & Storage

Ski & Bike Storage

Ski lockers labelled H are in the lobby, with the locks and keys in the kitchen. Please don’t bring bikes into the unit, leave them in the lobby (strata fines apply).

Divider Door

At the far end of the unit is a divider door connecting to the adjacent unit. Keep your side locked at all times. If you leave it unlocked and the other side opens theirs, they can enter your unit.

Building Notes

There is no elevator in the building, so you’ll climb one flight of stairs to reach the unit entrance, and the unit itself spans multiple floors. The building faces away from the main village stroll, so it’s quieter than most, though you may occasionally hear delivery trucks in the morning.

Garbage & Recycling

Exit the complex front door, turn left, then left again behind Hot Buns. The brown metal door on your left is the garbage room.

House Rules

• No smoking anywhere on the property. A $200 fine applies.
• No parties or events.
• No pets permitted.
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM.

Before You Go

• Run the dishwasher, washing any large items by hand first.
• Take out the garbage to the room behind Hot Buns (front door, left, then left again to the brown metal door).

The Neighbourhood

Everything is walkable from the front door, the gondolas, great food, and endless activities just steps away.

Groceries

The Whistler Grocery Store is a 2-minute walk from the building, well stocked with everything you need for your stay.

Mountain Access

The Whistler and Blackcomb Gondolas are a 2-minute walk. The Excalibur Gondola and Fitz Chairlift are also steps away. Lift tickets and rentals are available at the base.

Getting Around

A free shuttle loops around Whistler and Blackcomb with stops nearby, year-round.
